Payment Options

We offer four secure payment options for all web orders.  Please note if you'd like to see the prices on our website in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) you can change this using the currency button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

  • Credit Card / Debit Card (Stripe) - pay with any major credit or debit card including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and American Express
  • Bank Transfer - If you'd prefer to send us a BACS payment via Bank Transfer, we will contact you with our bank details.  Please note that goods will not be shipped until we have received the cleared payment.
  • Invoice - If you'd like to set up an account then, subject to a satisfactory credit check, we can offer 30-day payment terms and invoice you for the goods.  Goods will be shipped on completion of a satisfactory credit check which can normally be completed the same working day.  
  • PayPal - secure, fast payment via your PayPal account

Delivery Options and Times

All orders for stock items received prior to 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day. It may still be possible to dispatch orders after this time, so if your order is urgent, please call us to check.

If an item is out of stock then you will be notified immediately and advised how quickly we can get it out to you, typically no longer than 2 days.

UK

"Flat Shipping Rate"
Our standard shipping typically arrives the next working day but can take 1-2 days. This is charged at a flat rate of £6.50 + VAT per order and is free on orders over £150 (exclusive of VAT). Please note that these rates apply to web orders delivered to mainland UK addresses only.

Pre-10.30am, Pre-12pm or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
For quicker service, we also offer Pre-10.30am (next morning delivery by 10.30am), Pre-12pm (guaranteed next day delivery by 12pm) or Guaranteed Next Day (guaranteed next day delivery by 6pm). The prices for these services are quoted based on the weight and volume of your order and are calculated on checkout.

Royal Mail Standard Parcels
Certain lower-value and smaller items can be shipped via Royal Mail - this option will only appear at the checkout on eligible orders. Royal Mail advises that they deliver 'standard parcels' in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. Please note this is an untracked service, and we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or missing orders.

Same Day
Depending on your location, same-day delivery may be possible, so please give us a call prior to placing your order if you need your items urgently.

If you are local to Northampton then you are welcome to collect from our offices. Please give us a call first to ensure your order is ready for collection.

Weekend delivery
If you need your order delivering on a weekend please call us to arrange this.

Please note that we don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

EU and Worldwide

There are various options for delivery, which are all calculated based on weight and volume at the checkout. Please note that international shipping can take 2-8 days. 

If you need your order delivering urgently, there are a number of options for you to choose from, including delivery by the next working day.

Due to the worldwide difference in border charges, we cannot guarantee that all customs fees are paid and therefore we will not be responsible for any local customs charges that your items may incur.

Delivery Location

Your order will be delivered to your shipping address during courier delivery hours of 9am - 6pm, and will require a signature.

If you require your order delivering to an offsite location for example a hotel or temporary office please let us have as much information as possible about where to get your delivery to you including a contact name and number for the person on site.

If you require delivery to a secure site such as a construction site, hospital, airport or military base then please give us as much information as possible about security procedures for delivery so we can ensure your order can get to you.

Tracking My Order

You will receive an email from UPS when the shipment has been raised and then another email with the delivery details, including your tracking number.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when the shipment is booked in. You can track your order by following the link or via the UPS website (choosing the UK as the location) http://www.ups.com.

Undelivered Orders

Should your order be returned to us due to there being no-one available to accept the delivery then we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping charge at our standard rate.

Part Orders

Should any of the items in your order be unavailable for immediate shipment the items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock, at no additional shipping charge.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived and cannot be tracked then please advise us immediately. Please note that we are unable to refund or reship a missing order sooner than 10 working days after the original shipping date. This policy also applies to personalised printed items.

Missing Items

If an item is missing, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing your order number and details of the missing items to [email protected].

Returns

To return a non-faulty item
If you've changed your mind, you can return the item to us for a refund within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking charge and the original delivery charge is non-refundable. Please contact us prior to sending the goods back for an RMA form. All returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that we can only exchange or refund items that are in their original resalable condition and packaging including all manuals, discs, cables or other items that were included in the sale. You should also include a copy of the original sales invoice.

To exchange a non-faulty item
If you have ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for a replacement within 28 days of purchase please contact us to arrange the return. You'll be sent an RMA form and will need to send the goods back to us (in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging), accompanied by the completed RMA form. If there is any price difference we will either credit you the difference or invoice you for the balance (we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee). Please note the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

If you have a faulty item
In the first instance please call us on 01604 422422 or email [email protected] to see if we can resolve the problem.
If the item is deemed to be faulty we will ask you to return the item for further assessment at our offices or directly with the manufacturer. Non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee (20%). Please note, that items found by you to be incompatible are not deemed as faulty and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Our returns policy does not apply to special order items such as pre-printed cards or personalised lanyards, custom programmed technology cards, software, or an item we have ordered specially and does not appear on our website.
